Quadbridge is looking for a Functional Analyst to join our MIS Department. You will work alongside other BA/BSA (Business System Analyst). Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, defining process and procedure and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.


  1. Perform functional analysis/Data Analysis.
  2. Participate in and understand all aspects of functionality testing execution.
  3. Carry out strategic planning for management information systems.
  4. Implement, review, and optimize functional processes.
  5. Familiarize with complex systems integration.
  6. Develop user guides and technical documents.
  7. Translate business requirements into technical objectives for development teams.
  8. Implement company-wide solutions for analyzing data and producing reports as required.
  9. Analyze data provided from internal and external sources.
  10. Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
  11. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.


  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 3 years+ of relevant experience.
  • Experience in:
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM technologies
  • Managing business processes and requirements
  • Facilitation of workshops
  • Agile methodology
  • Strong interpersonal skills, rigor and dynamism.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong sense of autonomy and organization.
  • Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English.
  • Team player, initiative, and excellent business communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work initiatives.

Toolset Knowledge Advantages:

  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
