Role and Responsibilities at Quadbridge:

The Warehouse and Equipment technician will be responsible for managing inventory, organization of the warehouse and completing some technical tasks required for end-point deployments for customers. Ownership of the warehouse operations is key for this position.

More specifically, you will:

• Manage incoming deliveries from customer sites and distribution centers
• Manage outgoing shipments to customer sites
• Manage inventory system
• Audit of inventory in the warehouse and matching to the inventory system
• Serialize end-client devices in the inventory system
  
• Deploy customer images on end-client devices
• Put together customer kits as requested by the customer
• Manage warehouse operations end-to-end, including but not limited to placing inventory in customer designated areas, picking inventory to ship out to customer sites, review online orders coming into the warehouse.

The type of profile we are looking for:

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience
• 1-2 years of end-client device imaging experience
• Experience with Ship Station software
• Experience with cross-border shipping
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Understanding of the Shopify platform (asset)
• Technical knowledge of End-client device imaging (asset)
• University degree – computer science or operations management (asset)
• Knowledge of FlowTrac Software (asset)
