Microsoft just dropped the biggest licensing change in over 20 years\u2014one that could quietly shake up IT budgets everywhere. Starting November 1, 2025<\/strong>, the familiar \u201cwaterfall\u201d discount system (price levels B\u2013D) disappears for all Online Services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
