WHY we exist

Our purpose

We exist to drive success through technology.

We deliver scalable technology solutions with agility and responsiveness.

What we do

Our Core Values

Keeping IT Real

Being real. Acting with integrity, honesty, authenticity, and transparency. We make IT real by bringing technology and innovation down to earth to help businesses realize tangible value and solve actual problems.

Beyond the Box

Don’t put us in a box – we thrive outside of it. We think differently, push the limits, break the status quo, and embrace change. We give more than the box we deliver – going above and beyond to provide an unparalleled experience.

Progress Over Perfection

We admit we’re not perfect, but we will never stop trying. We strive to do better, and to be better. We’re inspired to tackle new challenges continuously with inexhaustible grit, determination, and perseverance.

Entrepreneurial DNA

We aspire to build a legacy greater than ourselves. We embody a fearless founder mentality – ambitious, agile, and focused on taking action. "If not me, then who?" We take accountability to be brave, to think long-term, to share our insights, and to drive change.

Giving Back

Empathy, caring and integrity is part of our core values. We believe in investing in our communities and contributing to society as it opens our minds and hearts to humanity.

"Why give more than you receive? It's important to understand that nothing belongs to us permanently. The feeling of receiving is unparalleled to what opens up within us when giving. Give as much as you can while you can in life, it will come back your way when you'll be in need. Stay humble and kind to one another." PJ Emam, CEO of Quadbridge Inc.

Throughout the years, we have been privileged to work with a group of organizations that we admire very much such as Sun Youth, Chez Doris, Mission Old Brewery, Carrefour Familial Hochelaga, Salvation Army, Lakeshore General Hospital and more

QTEC

QTEC (Quadbridge Training and Education Camp) was initiated by our founder and CEO, PJ Emam as a way of creating unforgettable shared experiences between team members. Team bonding, only better!

We designed QTEC with this question in mind: “What impact do we want to have on the environment, the economy and the communities that we will be visiting?”

Our way of building an amazing company culture is through our consistent focus on connecting with each other, connecting with our communities at large, connecting with our ecosystem and connecting with our inner-most self.

It's been ever since our first QTEC in 2017 that we've been privileged to support the local economy in the places we visit and meet the friendliest people imaginable. We strive everyday to redefine corporate culture and new collective success tenets. And we succeed at it, together, with humility, passion and boldness.
