What are 8X5 or 24X7 Co-Managed Services?

You will receive comprehensive support that includes remote and on-site server remediation services at a flat monthly rate, meaning there are no 'per-incident' charges. Our monthly reporting and proactive checks assist in evaluating server performance and to determine any action or problem areas that need to be addressed.
