As Senior Vice President of Innovation, Services & Technology at Quadbridge, Todd leads the organization’s strategic priorities across Managed Services, internal IT, and AI enablement. His focus is on embedding an AI-led approach into how Quadbridge operates, delivers value, and scales across North America.
Todd is responsible for evolving the company’s service delivery model into a more modern, platform-driven, and data-informed operating environment grounded in operational discipline, security, governance, and measurable business outcomes. His leadership helps ensure innovation is both practical and scalable for customers navigating complex transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Quadbridge, Todd held senior leadership roles across multiple technology services organizations, where he led large distributed teams through periods of growth, operational transformation, and increasing complexity. He is passionate about helping organizations operationalize AI responsibly while strengthening service maturity, efficiency, and long-term resilience
