THE STORY
Managing a growing device fleet
THE STARTING POINT
The organization relied on manual and decentralized processes to manage a growing fleet of Windows devices, limiting visibility and consistency across its endpoint environment. Evolving security requirements and the shift toward remote and hybrid work made centralized control increasingly important.
THE CHALLENGE
-
Decentralized Device Management
The organization lacked a centralized platform for managing its Windows devices, limiting visibility and creating inconsistencies across the endpoint environment. -
Evolving Security Requirements
Increasing endpoint threats required stronger, identity-driven controls to protect devices, applications, and organizational data. -
Limited Compliance Visibility
Without standardized compliance policies, the IT team had difficulty monitoring device health and consistently enforcing security requirements. -
Manual Device Administration
Time-consuming provisioning and management processes increased administrative effort and made it challenging to securely support remote and hybrid employees.
THE SOLUTION
-
Centralized Endpoint Management
Quadbridge designed and implemented a Microsoft Intune environment to centrally manage device configurations, enrollment, applications, and policies across up to 150 Windows devices. -
Integrated Endpoint Security
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, security baselines, antivirus policies, BitLocker encryption, and attack surface reduction controls were configured to strengthen device protection. -
Compliance and Access Controls
Quadbridge implemented device compliance policies and provided Conditional Access recommendations to improve governance and support identity-driven security. -
Operational Readiness
Standardized profiles, deployment groups, documentation, and knowledge-transfer sessions equipped the IT team to manage the environment consistently and support long-term adoption.
THE IMPACT
Securing every endpoint
The organization has a centralized, scalable endpoint environment that strengthens security, supports hybrid work, and creates a foundation for future Zero Trust initiatives.
