This organization’s data ecosystem was spread across NetSuite, Mavenlink, and JIRA, with no centralized reporting layer to unify insights. Power BI relied on live-source connections, limiting historical data visibility and making consistent reporting difficult. As a result, decision-making was impacted by incomplete and disconnected data.
