ABOUT Justin
Justin Zaccaro leads Quadbridge’s people strategy, overseeing Talent, Leadership Development, Human Resources, Recruitment, and Culture. As Director of People & Culture, he is responsible for building the programs, leadership practices, and employee experience that support organizational growth and long-term success.
Justin has over a decade of experience joined Quadbridge during a pivotal period of growth and integration, helping lead the company through cultural transformation following multiple acquisitions and rapid expansion.
Prior to joining Quadbridge, Justin held senior leadership roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, where he built people strategies and organizational infrastructure to support growth at scale. He has led teams through acquisitions, international expansion, and complex cultural integrations, bringing expertise in leadership development, change management, succession planning, workforce planning, and talent development. His approach combines strategic thinking with a people-centered mindset, focused on creating environments where individuals, teams, and organizations can thrive.
