As CEO of Quadbridge, Steve Leslie leads the organization’s long-term strategy and growth across North America, helping customers modernize infrastructure, strengthen resilience, and operationalize AI at scale. Under his leadership, Quadbridge has expanded significantly through strategic acquisitions, partner ecosystem growth, and continued investment in leadership development and innovation.
Steve brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across organizations including Xerox, TELUS, and Softchoice, where he helped scale revenue from $100 million to more than $1 billion while leading large cross-functional teams and complex business operations. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for combining operational excellence with strong people leadership and customer-focused growth strategies.
Beyond business growth, Steve is deeply passionate about leadership development and helping organizations evolve from reactive IT operations to forward-thinking transformation strategies.
